I paid around 1,500 PHP for a Premium Line bus ticket expecting a higher standard of service. However, after ticketing and boarding, I was shocked to find myself on a regular bus in poor condition — definitely not what was promised. This felt dishonest and misleading. I believe I was scammed and would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this company.

Seats could be a bit wider? Royal Class could be a challenge to seniors who do not have enough exercise? Aisles could be a bit wider? Perhaps there could be some more space for carry on backpack?

The only problem was that the bus restroom is out of service because the flush would not work. But thank you to the driver for driving carefully. It was a safe journey. I did not feel like my life was in danger when turning and climbing up the mountain.
