All went smoothly and on time

Very Unpleasant Experience with Phantip 1970 At 7:30 in the morning, the woman at the Phantip 1970 ticket desk demanded an extra 300 baht for my suitcase, even though a clearly visible sign stated that only luggage over 20 inches required an extra fee. My suitcase was smaller than that, but she didn’t even look at it. Instead, she began yelling at me and my girlfriend and insisted we pay. What made it worse was that she deliberately tried to cover the sign with a piece of paper so we wouldn’t notice that we were actually exempt from the fee. It felt like extortion, and the aggressive, dishonest behavior was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Basically, a great and easy way to travel. The bus leaves on time. After two hours, there's a breakfast break. Great location! Clean and tidy. When you arrive at the ferry, you get off the bus and stand there a bit perplexed. The display then shows you your ferry. If you booked online, you'll find the ferry counter and get your paper tickets. Then you walk onto the ferry. There's a large, air-conditioned room on the ferry with plenty of space.

We arrived at the bus station. We found the same window in the app (you go in, turn right and the very last window). They checked the amount of luggage and put stickers on our clothes with the inscription "Samui". They told us which platform our bus was on. The bus driver was polite, he loaded all our luggage himself. We chose our seats ourselves. The ride was good, the driver was experienced. We stopped at small stops and one 20-minute stop for lunch. The air conditioning was working hard, but we had warm clothes with us. We arrived at the port, a woman came in and gave us boarding passes for the ferry. We went into the port, showed our tickets and went on the ferry. Everything went great.
