Sue AWe left Sarah transport office in a minivan and were then dropped off at SRL transport with whom they partner it would seem (already had bad experience with SRL previously). The lady in the SRL office is very rude and shouts a lot. Chaos. We were then put in a Honda SUV. I said I had booked a minibus but she said only 2 of us so we go in this car to the border. There were other passengers and packages picked up and dropped off on the way. My expectation was that we would travel in a minibus the whole way to Bangkok. The driver wanted to stop before the checkpoint initially! On arrival we were given a lanyard/ticket for the Em Samang minibus and met by them after clearing Thai immigration.
The journey in the 9-seater minibus was okay and one stop made for a comfort break and to buy food.
Consequently we arrived in Bangkok much later than expected.
The stars given relate to SRL Transport only.

Hannah RLack of communication throughout. All passengers were confused about the process of border crossing and vehicle stop times along the journey. The one stop between the border & Bangkok was very brief leaving minimal time for food and toilet break.

Balage TThe best coach journey I have had so far travelling SE Asia. The Giant Ibis team were super helpful and friendly. The coach was super comfortable, we were give a snack and coffee when we got on and the lunch after immigration. Would definitely recommend.

Bregje VTook a very long time. The bus was uncomfortable and not very clean. We arrived 1.5 hours later. After the border control we had to switch busses but they filled up the busses with local people resulting in not everyone being able to come on the second bus.

Acel EIt took about 9 hrs (advertised 7.5 hrs) for the whole trip. Immigration from both sides have long queues - and if you have big bags/suitcases, you have to carry them via stairs - the escalator (one of em) in thailand border was not functioning at the time. After one hour of clearing immigration - we were unsure where the van is and had to look for them (lucky we found them). Had multiple (5 min) stops along the way and had one last stop to eat about 1.5 hrs from Bangkok. I dont know what that premium support they offered was, but didn't really feel it and it was stressful and hectic after we left Cambodia. Best to book an earlier trip (ours was 6am) maybe to avoid the lines and traffic.
