Troy JWhen you book your ticket , make sure you have your seat number booked also. I booked with DUCDUONG BUS, and they put you in random seats as they see fit. I was out in the back of the bus, next to toilet, getting motion sickness. They put me in the worse seat, a seat I would never book. Again make certain your booking lists the seat number and never book with DUCDUONG BUS company because they only offer random seating.

Hennie BStaff at bus station and bus drivers find it difficult to communicate in English. I received a message from a bus company 'Home transfer', mobile +84789900077, indicating that we should be at the bus station to catch the 19:00 bus. No bus arrived and eventually we managed in securing a ride at 20:00 as per 12Go ticket. At least we reached our destination as planned 🙂

Anna KThe bus from Da Nang to Nha Trang traveled 2 hours longer than the indicated time, from 8 to 20. The destination was indicated as the Northern Bus Station, but we were taken to the Southern. There were few stops along the way, some passengers really wanted to go to the toilet. The first couple of hours on the bus, wi-fi worked, but then it stopped.
On the plus side - the bus is quite clean, there are blankets, they give out water, there is a socket for charging your phone. After arriving at the Southern Bus Station, you could go towards the center on a free minibus.

We arrived on time. The driver did not speak english and made no stop on the way, however the bus had a toilet (smelled bad).
