Ching HI paid 40 dollars for the Cambodia visa service at HCMC office using a 50 dollar bill. The employee short changed me 2 dollars with Cambodian riel. Otherwise the trip was great. Sadly the Vietnamese like to scam and my patience is running out with these people.

Christine VIt was a good decision for me to book my first time crossing the land border between Vietnam and Cambodia with Giant Ibis. They handled everything smoothly and explained everything that’s gonna happen throughout the journey. Our crew attendant Soung Polin was very attentive to all our needs as well and he really knows how to get the job done. We had some delays at the border but he made sure everything is sorted out for us. Even though there’s only 5 of us inside the bus crossing the border, they still went ahead with it and it surely felt like a real VIP experience. It is definitely worth the higher price we paid for compared to other companies. We also had some free snacks, water and coffee included in this trip! They had good wifi and AC inside the bus too.

Tatiana we were really happy with the busride from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh. We paid 40Dollars each for the visa, they took the passport and took care of everything. Nice, clean bus with a lot of space, we got water, a small coffee in a can and a snack. The guide explained everything very well, helped us with filling out the visa on arrival. We recommend!

Sophie BSmooth border crossing, if you choose to get your visa at the border they help you with that. The guy took everyone’s passports and we went through the border as a group. Comfortable bus with a toilet and air con. Bus was also bang on time to pick us up.
