Got sick on the bus because of AC. Also team was really friendly but can’t help you or answer any question. Finally i arrived to my destination. Rating on Vietnamese standard.

Trip was as comfortable as a long bus journey can be. The pick up was a little early and the communication limited due to language however we got where we needed to be in good shape

Pick up point was wrong, they had to send us a taxi
Our name was not on the driver list, we had to solve this problem
The real bus company is queen cafe bus, which has really old bus.
The seats can not move anymore, the electronics things like the remote controller for the seat or the TV are broken
The seats are really small for the legs
And finally, the bus driver drive really fast, but we managed to arrive 1h30 late
At first, they sent us a pick-up location that was 300m from the point where the bus actually stopped and. They gave us the actual pick-up point shortly before the departure and we had to move there in a sudden hurry with full luggage in rain. The bus that picked us up was of the good standard. It was in accordance to the pictures attached to the offer (we intentionally paid more to get VIP conditions). However, after we had settled down a guy from the staff came to us and said that we shortly need to switch the bus. After half an hour we had to pack ourselves up and get on the other bus. The other bus was terrible. It was not even close to the bus on the pictures attached to the offer. The seats were narrower. Overall it was very dirty, pillows and blankets, if present at all, were stinky as if they had never been washed. The vents were broken so that they we were not able to close them up. When we complained about it to the staff they fix them by sticking a plastic bag into vents. The bottom line is, we believe we paid for the bus we were in at first but for some reason they moved us to the other bus of a lower standard.
