I bought a ticket for 17.00 departure, but wasn't picked up until 17.45. When the coach did arrive the staff seemed confused about my ticket and needed to phone their office to confirm before letting me on. Communication via WhatsApp was great throughout this time.

It took about 1h to get sorted and separated in buses but then we were on our way.
Ride was OK, seats were comfortable enough but a lot of beeping and movement meant I woke up several times overnight. Arrived to destination as advertised. Good value for money, would recommend the VIP one as it has charging points and newer seats. I'd use it again

If you ignore the rough tracks the train is driving on, it’s perfect. But thats everywhere the same. With a sleeping pill the time flies. Everything was good, other companies have nicer wagons, but it was clean and we got small bags with bananas and water. So all in all it’s good to travel with.

Overnight train in 2 person sleeper is incredibly simple to do for a much more private experience. I’m sure the 4 berth would have been fine if you’re a social person.
Only issue was the air conditioning. Amazing how cold it was in the cabin. Had to sit with blanket around us to keep warm (although…still way better than the heat it could be at)
