bus was delayed for 3 hours after supposed arrival. bus was over speeding (no speed limit unlike other bus lines that have strict 80 speed limit) so safety and precaution was a little compromised. But the bus driver and conductor was nice and friendly. atleast I got a text message saying that the bus will be delayed because of a flat tire, although I replied to them to update when they're on the terminal already which they didn't.

Our trip was last friday night. the bua was ok and elegant, it has its own CR. But the firsr driver and was also the laat to drive until we reached our location was so noisy & arrogant. He kept on talking while he' s driving & he created so much noise. He was also shouting to passengers. Our trip that day was bus #1815. And again it was last friday...May 4, i strongly suggest you teach that driver to be coirteous & note that he had to undergo training again fot customer relation

1. Inconvenience of printing the hard copy of the ticket confirmation. 2. Gate indicated on the ticket is not the same as the actual gate. We were advised to go gate 2 right after we complained that we are not accepted on DLTB bus on Gate 4 3. Super slow travel from PITX to Legazpi. Long stop overs were not practical it took us 17.5 hours to reach Legazpi.

The trip was okay but what's worst is that i have paid the amount with the total of 1669 however, when they issued me the actual receipt at the counter they entry of just 1274 which has the difference of 395 from the amount i have paid.When i asked the cashier she wasn't aware and told me didn't know about it .024420141548E+34;. How could it be that you are working in a co. Yet you don't know about the charges. Perhaps they should put the actual amount which i have paid of. It is not said online that if i paid this amount that would be lesser in issuance of actual receipt. That should be the same i guess, if there is an internal something like that with the second/third party the amount adjustment will be settled in account internally through your acctg. But you must issue the receipt accdg. To how much we paid for it. Frustrated of ticketing process.
