Complètement inconfortable, nous étions à l'arrière sur les roues, nous avons ressenti chaque trou ou bosse de la route.
Le matelas dur comme une planche, j'ai eu des marques et des douleurs au niveau de la colonne vertébrale pendant les jours suivants.
J'aurais préféré payer un peu plus cher mais voyager dans de meilleures conditions.

Bus was a little old and worn out inside. Staff were friendly and informative. Bus was on time despite traffic jams.
However, we were asked to be ready one hour before departure (8.00am so ready at 7am) for pick up. A minibus arrived at 7.30 - we were told this was to take us to the office just out of town to catch the main bus. We then sat in traffic for nearly half an hour (10 min journey usually) and changed to a bigger bus at the office for the journey. Thus bus then travelled BACK into Phnom Penh in horrendous traffic to pick up a bunch of people from the hotel in the road next to where we were staying - at 8.40!! So we basically wasted over an hour and a half waiting and waiting in traffic. I’m sure this could have been planned better!
Other than that it was all fine and did what we needed it to do.

Good that I arrived earlier because my later bus was apparently cancelled. One person looked at my ticket and said that it's all good and to sit and wait, I pressed about whether maybe I need a physical ticket or something, then another staff member told me that actually my (more expensive) bus cannot arrive and can I go with the one 5 hours later (it's almost midnight and a storm is coming). I say no. Luckily i get put on an earlier one that's about to depart.
Bed was ok till i realized it's for 2 people and as someone who's 183cm tall, well, it's not really comfortable.

The arrival at vital Burnham was great. But it was a bumpy road, the driver was continuously accelerating and braking
L'avantage, c'est que ce n'est pas cher. Sinon le service est vraiment moyen. La couchette deux places est très étroite : c'est bien si vous voyagez avec une ou un proche mais dormi seul serré contre un ou une inconnu(e), ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus agréable. Les couchettes ne sont d'ailleurs pas très confortables. Impossible de régler ou d’arrêter la climatisation qui tourne à fond. L’arrêt de la destination est très mal renseigné (pas d'adresse ou de coordonnées GPS, et si on tape CMR office sur Maps, cela ne correspond pas du tout au point indiqué par 12Go). Le chauffeur a mis la radio à fond, impossible de dormir. Et le personnel ne vous préviens même pas de votre arrêt de descende même si vous êtes endormi. A éviter !
The bus driver drove much too fast and kept honking other road users off the road. Did not feel safe in the bus.
Bus was clean and comfortable. Check-in easy and friendly.

Pünktliche Abfahrt von Siem Reap nach Phnom Penh. Nette Fahrer, die allerdings kein Englisch sprachen. Die Liegeplätze sind für größere Menschen als mich (1,86m) eher weniger geeignet.
The bus was on time, with the ammount of stops being just right. The bus is very comfortable with a lot of leg room and fully air-conditioned with curtains. It was clean and smelled fresh. The driver did a good job and was safe. We were also offered a complementary bottle of water.
