Comfortable and good ride. Hotel to hotel - worries free travel. There was more people, so they got us a proper bus. We arrived an hour late, as expected in Laos.

Picked up on time at my hotel, minibus was brand new, comfortable, air con nice as you wish.
Driver was aware and drove safely in traffic and on express way. Cheap as chips!!

Excellent organisation, very clear and straightforward communication. Information Sent could be a Bit more adapted to the transportation type (plane, bus, train)
The van was okay, as usual in SE Asia the bags and stuffed inside the sliding door and aisles. Lucky the drive was not too far from Vientiane to Vang Vieng. We made one stop for toilet break. They do not drop you off at your hotew despite what 12Go ticket says. You get dropped off at their shop near Sabai Sabai hostel.

Trains are on time, very efficient. Stations very clean. Nice views on the way.
It Was Ok. We arrived late and even after that the driver didn't know where to go. So I was actually guiding him to final destination with Google maps.
Overall it was fine.

It would have been nice to receive a text saying the driver was on the way but nothing negative as they picked me up on time and everything went smoothly.

The night before our departure on the LCR train, 12GO messaged us that the train was full and we needed to look for another alternative transport from Luang Prabang to Vientiane, which was a huge inconvenience. It was the last train leaving for the day, so we had to scramble to figure out how to get to Vientiane because we had a flight to catch. We should have received a message a few days before, not the night before. This review is regarding our service with 12go, not the LCR train.
