The Drive was okay but I’m not sure if it’s better than the normal bus. We started earlier so really go on time. The chairs were very confortable but really not adapted to tall people. We got there very quickly. However, there was music on the whole time which was annoying and the driver drove the passengers to their addresses so once we arrived we drove for one hour just letting people go. I would recommend to look at google maps upon arrival to go out with other passengers. I managed to go out at the perfect time for the sunrise on the lake which was nice !

Was slightly behind on time but super comfy and clean bus.
Pretty much great, but the bus arrive late at DaLat it's supposed to be 8 hour to arrive but it comes out to be 12 hours but overall everything is perfect.
Good communication via WhatsApp and we left and arrived more or less on time. There were sufficient breaks. The only negative points were being told a later time to come back after check-in by the local office and then being told via the messenger, i had to be there at the original time and may miss the bus (leading to useless stress since we left at the time indicating by the local office). The second point being the aggressive driving style of the driver. There was constant overtaking with zero visibility leading to many abrupt full stops due to oncoming traffic (which also had to sometimes do a full stop). I saw no other (long-distance) bus drive like this (we overtook many). Other than that, staff was curteous.
It was a good experience, the bus was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a little high so I recommend bringing warm clothes. The bus was delayed half an hour which wasn't that bad.

When we arrived to the station the lady through google translation told us the bus already left come back tomorrow, although our bus was at 1 am and we arrived at 00:40. We had to wait and then another bus came at 1:15 am. Also no one spoke a word of english in the bus , we just wanted to confirm it going to the right place because they just said go go inside the bus without telling us to where.
I had a really unfriendly guy in the car. I’m not a piece of meat or a object that you can push somewhere.

Bus was late 1,5hour comparing to hour in 12go.asia system. Thankfully we could wait in office waiting room and the workers there told us about delay (traffic). Bus was ok, quite new and clean and enough comfortable. We received small water during journey.
