The night before they cancelled the minivan I'd booked and put me on one four hours earlier instead. Bit of a pain, and no compensation offered, but the journey itself was fine and at least their communication (whatsapp) was good.

Would’ve been fine if they hadn’t overbooked the bus so I had to share a seat with someone and we were both on the edge of the seat so on the hard metal poles and at the back of the bus so every single bump threw us into the air and we landed on hard metal rods. Would’ve been fine if we had our own seats

The driver was perfect. On the way to Nongkhiaw, he ask three times that we need to eat or go to toilet. The minivan is perfect, new, clean with water and cold towel. Highly recommend .0153168256729E+34;

The minivan was very different than the one shown on the picture when booking on 12go. Much more basic. I was OK at the back, but the seat is smaller and I had to sit very straight and I couldn’t recline the seat at all. The driver didn’t speak English I think, so when I asked a question he simply ignored me.

(Luang Prabang - Nong Khiaw van) They FILL these vans to the brim. I ended up in the middle seat in the front and my head was nearly touching the ceiling. The roads in Laos aren’t great, so prepare for a bumpy journey. Despite this, for Laos’ standards, the journey was fine.
