还可以。我们做了一次换乘，但两辆车都偏旧。虽然不是很舒服，但还算可以。司机速度很快！

It was okay. We did one transfer but both vehicles were on the old side of things. Not very comfortable but it was just fine. Driver was speedy in a good way!

在越南，大多数巴士/豪华轿车运营商的服务都不尽如人意，但我们已经用过这家运营商三次了，除了迟到之外，我们没有遇到过其他问题。

It's a hit or miss with most of the operators of the buses/limousines in Vietnam but we have used this operator three times already and other than being late, we've had no other issues.

邮件中告诉我们地点在 Tam Coc，但会面地点却不明确，我们只得到了坐标和一个已关闭的机构的照片。过了一会儿，有个人在路对面告诉我们，地点就在另一家旅行社。他有一份名单，上面有我们预订的 "7:00 巴士 "的乘客姓名，但每个人的巴士时间都不一样，显然都是同一辆巴士。我订的是 7:00，有些女士订的是 6:40，还有些人订的是 7:20。然后他告诉我们，巴士就在马路对面的某个地段，根本不是他召集我们的地方。我们 7 点上的车，直到 7 点 40 分左右才离开！他们没有提供任何水，但我们在 4 个小时的车程中大约 3 个小时的时候在一家商店停了下来。时间管理和沟通不畅让人非常恼火。

We were told in the email that the location was in Tam Coc and the meeting place was very unclear, all we got were coordinates and a photo of an agency that was closed. After awhile some man was telling us from across the road that it was there at this other agency. He had a list with peoples names for the “7:00 bus” that we had booked but everyone had different times for theirs bus which was apparently all just the same bus. I had 7:00 some ladies had 6:40 and then some guy had 7:20. He then told us that the bus was down and across the road in some lot not even the place he’d gathered us all at. We got on this bus at 7 and didn’t leave until around 7:40! They didn’t offer any water but we did stop at some shop thing at around 3 hours into our 4 hour bus ride. The time management and poor communication was very annoying.

Website says 2,5 hours, but took 4,75. Pickup location is incorrect. Once all on board the had to stop and tank gasoline. A 20 minute break (actually 30 min) after 1,5 hours driving. There is nothing express about this ride! I paid extra for being faster.

我们下午 6 点有一趟巴士旅行，下午 5 点 45 分就到了集合地点。我们一直等到 6 点 30 分，也没有人告诉我们任何事情，于是我就去问，负责的人告诉我一些关于越南国庆节的借口，还说交通很糟糕，所以巴士晚点了。最后，一辆私家车比我们的行程晚了一小时二十分钟来接我们，把我们送到了目的地。

We had a bus trip at 6 pm and we got to the meeting point at 5:45 pm. We were waiting until 6.30 and no one told us anything so I went to ask and the the guy in charge told me some excuses about Vietnamese National Day and that the traffic was terrible and that was why the bus was late. Finally, a private car came one hour and twenty minutes later than we had our trip and picked us up and took us to our destination.

我们从潭椰前往下龙湾。我们的司机忘了来接我们，我们不得不再等 2 个小时才等到下一辆 "豪华巴士"。第一辆 9 人座的巴士上有 10 个人，一个当地人不得不在一个小露营椅上坐了 2 个小时，直到有人下车。车上没有实用的安全带，司机开车就像没有明天一样，超速行驶，超越每一辆可能的车辆，一只手按喇叭，另一只手打电话。给 2 星的唯一原因是，我们从 60 万公里的旅行中拿到了 10 万退款，我很高兴能活着到达目的地。

We went from Tam Coc to Halong bay. Our driver forgot to pick us up and we had to wait another 2 hours for the next "luxury bus". On the first 9-seater, there were 10 people, one local guy had to sit on a small camping chair for 2hours until someone went off. There were no functional seatbelts and the driver drove like there was no tomorrow, speeding and overtaking every possible vehicle with one hand on the horn and the other hand on the phone. Only reason for 2 stars is we got a 100k refund from a 600k trip and I was happy to make it alive to our destination.

The bus service was just a little late and the seats were very comfortable. Good aircon too. However me & my boyfriend got a little motion sick even though i never experience that. Idk why

巴士多次无故将我们转车，并让我们长时间等待，却不作任何解释。乘客们感到不安和困惑。

Bus transferred us multiple times, for no reason and made us wait extended periods of time without explanation. The passengers were upset and confused.

这不是我订的巴士。司机在我们的旅途中多次停车送货--送信、送日用品、取东西。这让最初的一个小时变得非常乏味。如果没有这些差事，旅程时间会短很多。

It wasn’t the bus I’d ordered. The driver made many delivery stops on our journey - bringing post, groceries, picking up items. It made the first hour very tedious. The journey time would have been a lot shorter without those errands.
