Overall I was happy with the service and would have given 4 stars. However, for my pick up back to Da Nang, it was supposed to be at 45 le lol street. The actual pick was over a block away. The only reason I was able to meet the van/driver was that I remembered the drop off spot. So I had to keep walking between both locations. When I contacted support they also did not know the pick up spot was different than advertised. My only suggestion would be to update the pick up/drop off points on the website and ensure the drivers follow them. That way customers will not be confused and possibly miss their transportation.

Was alright. Driver started from pick up 30min earlier though -which isn't bad, but something you should know. Drive took 1h longer. Bus stank. Driver didn't speak one word English. Gave us weird instructions where to sit, everyone was confused. Delivered some packages before he got to destination.

The conductor was amazing. The best that we took in Vietnam. At the afternoon we came back with other really bad but un the morning was everything perfect. He went to our hotel to pick up ando we arrived un Hue 2:10 before. Puntual and nice. Thank you

Pick up and drop off at my hotel, departured and arrived on time. Comfortable seats, air con at the right temperature.

接车时间晚了。除此之外，迷你巴士非常不错！干净、宽敞！ 到达目的地的时间也很准时！

Pick up was late. Other than that- mini bus was very nice! Clean and spacious! Arrived at destination in good time!

Great cheerful driver. Very fast. Might be a bit too fast for westerners, but we got to our destination early.

The van is comfortable. There were only 6 of us in 7 seater van from Danang to Hue which was a new car, but return from Hue to Hoi An was not as good as the former. We had to switch car at Danang which was as communicated. The best part is operator's communication via WhatsApp who updated realtime for which car number plate to look out.
