Puerto Princesa to Port Barton Destination Reviews

AI
The journey was very heavy, with hardly any leg room, with lots of stops. And besides it didn't take 3 hours and 30 minutes but 4 and a half hours...horror.

In the confirmation email I received was mentioned the pick up was at the Puerto Princesa Airport, but once there I learned their pickup has changed to the gas station in front of the airport. That’s a long walk with all your stuff and in the heat… Also you are advised to be there an hour before departure, but the driver waited for people who were 45min late and after that also had to pick up people in their hotels..the bus was complete full and there was no space to move. Only good thing was that we arrived on time

The driver didn’t find us at the airport. So we waited for over 1,5 hour and after some calls we get picked up. The Driver drived like crazy but I think that’s normal on this way

Very good customer service, we were able to change the departure time on the same day. Van was not too full and comfortable. The only negative thing was the driving. The driver went unnecessarily fast in sharp turns and was driving way too close to the cars in front of us.

Overall it was a good service. What you expect in Asia, late pick up but still arrive early. The drive was smooth, good roads and driver was friendly. Seats are comfortable. Would use this service in future.

The van was in good working condition. The pick-up was 30 minutes after the scheduled time. The driver did not drive in a dangerous way and seemed well rested. 14 guests in the van so filled to capacity but not too bad. Overall, very satisfied with SBE service.

- 2 stars because the trip got delayed 2h with last minute notice (arround 15 min before departure). Other than that, 5 stars great. Great whatsapp communication, nice driver and assistant, decent van with AC. At capacity as usual in the philipines. Good price to quality ratio.
