We left a little late as the bus was stuck in traffic. We then had a lunch and a toilet break on the way, which was nice. We arrived an hour late in Siem Reap, but kther than that it was a good
We left on time and you actually are able to sleep in the bus in this bunk bed style setup. The restroom needed a little of TLC but overall great experience and service. The crew was very attentive and helpful. They even asked you to remove your shoes as you come aboard the bus so the floor can be kept clean easily.
Great trip. Everything on time, driver handled the roads very securely and apart from a quick lunch break we didn’t have any other stops. All in all a smooth ride which was shorter than expected.

Good comfortable trip. We asked for seats together and got them from the operator. Directions to bus station indicated on PDF were accurate. You do have to check-in with the GiantIbis desk on arrival to get seat allocation. Contrary to what was advertised the bus did not have WiFi or power sockets. Ride was smooth, bus stopped 1.5 hours and 3 hours into the journey for 15 mins and 30 mins respectively. Arrival was on time despite leaving 10 mins late. Bus had reclining seats with ample leg space. Temperature was not too cold, occasionally a bit warm as we sat in the rear on top of the engine but this was not a problem for us.
