Michael CWas very nice. I was a bit skeptical from the reviews but this was great. Very comfy seats and even had massage function. The bus was about 10min late for pickup but that's no big deal at all considering the traffic in Hanoi. I booked the dropoff to the cruise port in the 12go app but the driver asked me my hotel and he dropped me off at the front door which was great too.
