Marin KEverything was as expected i was sleeping the whole ride its cold at the border so bring sneakers and jackets. They didnt speak any english and bus had wifi but i didnt know the password. They left you somewhere nowhere in the hanoi but its okey grab is cheap.

Brooke GPros: The bus was perfect! Just as advertised! Comfortable beds and felt pretty clean. Also had a toilet.
Cons: The staff were rude, a little too up in everyone’s space, blasted music for 70% of the ride, didn’t speak a lick of English, and dropped us 30 minutes away from where we were told we would be dropped. The bus driver was also transporting a live gecko in a water bottle (it may have died on the journey and looked too big to get out of the water bottle).

William TNot what we were sold. We paid for double bed sleeper bus and ended up with cramped single seater pods. No toilet on the bus either. It was not a fun journey.

Nina MThe ride was fine. But we booked online a bus to Hanoi that leaves at 3 pm. When we came at the busstation, the bus driver said that it leaves at 6pm. So we had to wait for 3 hours before it leaves. I checked our booking confirmation and it definitely says we booked a bus from 3 pm. You should change that, because waiting 3 hours before going on a 23 hours busdrive is not nice.

Niklas BBus didn't start at 17:00. It started at 18:00. Nobody told us what to do or when a break is. The staff wasn't able to talk English. No clear instructions from the booking confirmation.

Amy AThey consolidate all the times into one bus, so my 1700 bus was same as the folks who booked the 1740, it left closer to 1800. Roads were a mess(expected), and immigration was a mess (expected). Arrived to Hanoi at 2000 not 1530 (also expected). Set your expectations low and you cannot be disappointed is a good rule of thumb. Overall the bud was not comfortable but I didn’t quite want to commit suicide, I mean it’s a 27h bus what do you really expect
