I got the times of departure mixed up so I was very late for the bus. They called me and arranged for a car to pick me up and take me to the bus. Amazing service and kind people!

The trip was OK. The instructions in the pdf were both great, and a little misleading at the same time. The location information and eTicket were very useful. However, as advised, we arrived 45-60 minutes ahead of departure, and were told that we had to wait (which is fair enough, but there was nowhere to really wait so we had to go to a local cafe). A taxi then turned up 20 minutes after our allotted departure time, and drove us to a different place to then get on the actual limousine bus, which was a little confusing and very unexpected. However, once we were on the actual bus, the journey was pretty straight-forward, with one short stop for a toilet break, and we were dropped off by our apartment. So overall it was fine.

The ride was very comfortable, you can charge your phone, and they have WiFi. They will drop you off at your hotel, which was helpful as I thought we would have been dropped in a single place. All in all good experience
