Perfect service, they had no more space for us in the bus we booked so we were outclassed in another one. We slept well and there are toilets inside which makes it Even better

At first, they sent us a pick-up location that was 300m from the point where the bus actually stopped and. They gave us the actual pick-up point shortly before the departure and we had to move there in a sudden hurry with full luggage in rain. The bus that picked us up was of the good standard. Overall it was very dirty, pillows and blankets, if present at all, were stinky as if they had never been washed. The vents were broken so that they we were not able to close them up. When we complained about it to the staff they fix them by sticking a plastic bag into vents. The bottom line is, we believe we paid for the bus we were in at first but for some reason they moved us to the other bus of a lower standard.
Im still confused re departure time. Fortunately I was picked up from my hotel and dropped at the bus stop for 17.45.and the bus departed. My e ticket clearly said 18.45..
The pick up guy was a pleasure. We chatted on the bike. He rCed me to the bus drop off. I checked with driver, thru google translate, told him my ticket 18.45.
My name was on his list. For 17.45.
I'm still puzzled. But happy to be on bus.
