We traveled with this company from Da Nang to Hanoi. The bus ride was very uncomfortable: the driver honked the horn every 15 minutes, making it impossible for us to sleep properly. On top of that, he drove poorly, roughly and in a rushed manner throughout the entire trip causing us to arrive unnecessarily three hours early. The estimated arrival time was 10:30 AM, but we arrived in Hanoi at 7:00 AM! The bus rocked so much that we were constantly thrown from side to side in the cabin. What’s the point of having a blanket, pillow, and a spacious, comfortable cabin if you’re being shaken like a maraca for 10 straight hours?!

Hard to communicate with the driver and I try to ask politely how long will it take for a short break but they chase us away. If you ask how comfortable the bus is ? I must say not comfortable at all. I understand not a VIP bus.

I use 12go while traveling abroad and I have not had any problems with the system so far. However, the ticket I bought from Da Nang to Hanoi was not fully booked in the system but was changed by the bus company by showing that the hour I bought was full. The bus was within my expectations, but the driver was too aggressive and drove very fast and carelessly. My seat belt was broken. The driver drove carelessly and quickly on all the potholes and broken roads. You have to think about the safety of your customers.

Overall everything was good. We came 1 hour in advance and they packed us into another bus. How come. We asked if the bus went to Hanoi. They said yes. Anyway we got to Hanoi in time!

Pick up in time, people were nice, all as promised but, it isn’t an easy journey. I am still recovering from the ride. Do make sure you have a clear understanding how you continue to your final destination. Not easy.
